Please complete a mail in form for each unit of fiber/fur you would like processed - We define a unit as any fleeces that you want processed together and made into the same product. That unit could be 32 oz. to 1000 oz. as long as you want all of the fleece in it processed together. Feel free to make as many additional copies of the forms as you need.
Each client must complete and send in a copy of the Fiber Disclosure form before we start processing your fiber/fur
